How do I get to/from the airport to/from the resort in the Florida Keys?
You will need to rent a car (available to be reserved in advance) from your arrival airport for the scenic drive to Marathon, FL.
Miami airport (MIA) is a 2-hour drive to the resort.
Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) is a 2.5-hour drive to the resort.
Key West Airport (EYW) is a 1 hr drive to the resort.
The drive from MIA/FLL is absolutely beautiful! :)
Do I have to be a female to attend the Retreat?
Yes. Only females can participate in Retreat activities.
Do I have to participate in all the activities scheduled?
No. activities are optional, but we encourage attendance because each moment is planned out thoughtfully for a holistic experience.
What if I'm not fit enough to do all the activities?
The FabBody Retreat is designed for all fitness levels, ages, shapes, and sizes. No stress, competition, or judgment. We'll foster a supportive environment so you feel comfortable trying new things and we'll guide you all the way.
How do I set up my included ground transportation to/from the resort?
Ground transportation is not provided. You must rent a car to drive to the resort in Marathon, FL.
What airport should I fly in to?

What's not included in the pricing?
Airfare, travel insurance, personal expenses, spa treatments, and tours booked outside of our scheduled activities are not included.
Do I need a passport to travel to the Florida Keys?
No, a passport is not required to travel to Florida.
When will I receive the final itinerary?
You will receive a detailed itinerary 1-2 weeks before the retreat. It will also include a "what to pack" list. For your travel planning: You should try to book your flight into MIA, FLL, or EYW on September 6th (arriving late morning/early afternoon) and the latest flight out (usually departing late morning/early afternoon). Check-in is at 4pm and we will have an evening welcome cocktail reception on September 6th at about 6:30pm. we will finish with a sunrise restorative stretching session on September 9th at 6:30AM. Check-out is at 11:00AM. Bellmen can store baggage before check-in and after check-out complimemtary.
When is the deposit due? When do I have to make my final payment by?
The initial deposit is due no later than May 15, 2024. Your final payment is due by August 15, 2024. Payments will be debited automatically monthly on the 15th of each month. You have the option of pausing your payments if you do not want a withdrawal.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A full refund (less your deposit) can be issued within 91 days or more prior to our travel date. Before 6/7. It is strongly recommended that you purchase separate travel insurance for additional coverage. If you choose to do so, we suggest that you add “cancel for any reason” to your policy. *This option needs to be purchased within 15 days of your trip deposit. We suggest this policy from Travel Guard or another similar carrier: Travel Guard – Gold(Protect Assist) w/ Cancel for any reason
What happens if my roommate cancels?
Depending on the date of your roommate's cancellation, there is a possibility that you may need to change room types to a single room and pay the difference. Please discuss this with a representative as there may also be 'no additional cost' opportunities for us to pair you with another roommate or for you to find another roommate.
Is there wifi at the hotel?
Yes! There is complimentary wifi available in your room and all public areas.
Can I arrive on an earlier day or stay a day(s) later?
Yes! Feel free to extend your trip by selecting and adding that option to your registration form.
What are the bedding arrangements for double occupancy rooms?
The bedding type is not guaranteed. One king-size bed or two double beds are subject to availability at check-in. Double and triple occupancy are given priority on double bedrooms.
