What are the requirements for traveling to Grenada during COVID19 pandemic?
Effective April 4, 2022 no COVID test or vaccination is required for entry into Grenada. There is also no health declaration form required.
Do I have to be a female to attend the Retreat?
Yes. Only females can participate in Retreat activities.
Do I have to participate in all the activities scheduled?
No. activities are optional, but we encourage attendance because each moment is planned out thoughtfully for a holistic experience.
What if I'm not be fit enough to do all the activities?
The FabBody Retreat is designed for all fitness levels, ages, shapes, and sizes. No stress, competition, or judgment. We'll foster a supportive environment so you feel comfortable trying new things and we'll guide you all the way.
How do I set up my included ground transportation to/from the resort?
You must add your flight arrival and departure information to your account by February 1, 2023.
What airport should I fly into?
Our resort is only 5 minutes from Maurice Bishop International Airport. Airport Code (GND)
What's not included in the pricing?
Airfare, travel insurance, personal expenses, spa treatments, and tours booked outside of our scheduled activities are not included.
Do I need a passport to travel to Grenada?
Yes, a valid passport is required to travel to Grenada.
When will I receive the final itinerary?
You will receive a detailed itinerary 1-2 weeks before the retreat. It will also include a "what to pack" list. For your travel planning: You should try to book the earliest flight into Grenada on March 10th (usually arriving early/late afternoon) and the latest flight out (usually departing after 12 noon). We will have an evening meditation and welcome party on the March 10th, and a sunrise restorative yoga practice and farewell breakfast on March 13th.
When is the deposit due by? When do I have to make my final payment by?
The initial deposit is due no later than September 30, 2022. Your final payment is due by January 10, 2023. Payments will be debited automatically monthly.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A full refund (less your deposit) can be issued within 91 days or more prior to our travel date. Before 12/9. It is strongly recommended that you purchase separate travel insurance for additional coverage. If you choose to do so, we suggest that you add “cancel for any reason” to your policy. *This option needs to be purchased within 15 days of your trip deposit. We suggest this policy from Travel Guard or another similar carrier: Travel Guard – Gold(Protect Assist) w/ Cancel for any reason
What happens if my roommate cancels?
Depending on the date of your roommates cancellation, there is a possibility that you may need to change room types to a single room and pay the difference. Please discuss with a representative as there may also be 'no additional cost' opportunities for us to pair you with another roommate or for you to find another roommate.
Is there a special exception refund policy if all travel is prohibited to Grenada due to pandemic/epidemic restrictions?
In the event that pandemic restrictions make it illegal, extraordinarily hazardous, or impossible for all attendees to travel, all payments will be returned to attendees within 45 days.
Is there wifi at the hotel?
Yes! There is complimentary wifi available throughout the resort.
Can I arrive on an earlier day or stay a day(s) later?
Yes! Feel free to extend your trip by selecting and adding that option on your registration form.
What are the bedding arrangements for double occupancy rooms?
Bedding type is not guaranteed. One king size bed or two double beds are subject to availability at check-in.
What happens if there is inclement weather and all flights are grounded?
